Respond to trouble tickets with root cause and proper solution within the defined SLA time.

Provide work around solution for the issues that takes more time to be fixed.

Fixing, testing and implementation of the programs if root cause is a program bug.

Develop one time programs or SQL queries for recovery of corrupt data due to program bugs or incorrect procedures followed by users.
