ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Managed multiple large scale projects at San Antonio Federal Credit Union which has led to over $4M in savings.
Successfully managed Accenture start-up team which yielded high performance results, with quality service delivery of products from Accenture’s largest delivery center in the United States. Identified process improvements for client to realize cost savings.
Managed City of San Antonio project team that introduced automated process used by Police Officers when issuing traffic/parking citations; Conversion enabled 50% cost savings to be realized by Bexar County Municipal Court; This increased accuracy of defendant data being captured with the officer’s new handheld device; This decreased by 50% the possibility of having the citation dismissed; Collection of fines for citations increased by 40%.
Managed initial USAA projects that provided customers the capability to purchase Life Insurance products on-line; These projects enabled Life Insurance product sales to increase total earnings by $3.6M in first four months that life insurance products were available on-line.

SAN ANTONIO FEDERAL CREDIT UNION - SACU, San Antonio, TX 2012 – 2016
Project Manager
Managed the implementation of SharePoint, enterprise wide, to improve document management for all business areas. Trained initial fifty SharePoint Administrators.
Managed multiple projects that utilized request for proposals (RFP) that identified the vendor for each of those projects and the subsequent Business Case that was developed.
Managed project team that updated SACU’s 77 ATMs in migrating away from Windows XP onto Windows 7. This included ATMs at branches, remote locations, and mobile ATMs.
Managed non-technical projects across multiple divisions.
Managed project that implemented the capability for SACU members to have online statements and notices. The members have the option to opt-in or not for their electronic documents. This effort saved SACU over $2M in postage by not having to send out snail mail.
Managed project that planned and implemented the upgrade to SACU’s mobile app software that provides a greater member experience. The resulting upgrade put in place the foundation for supporting SACU’s overall business strategies as well as self-service channel strategies.
Managed project that converted the paper and electronic production and presentment of Member Statements, Loan Billing Statements, Line of Credit Statements, Notices and Coupon Books from the existing vendor onto a new vendor. This huge effort had a short fuse and was completed in less than 90 days!
