PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Vice President of Health and Safety, Posillico Civil, Inc., Indianapolis, IN, 2011 – November 2015.

I spearheaded corporate multistate safety program, including OSHA, EPA, DOT and NYC DOB requirements. I managed 5 large construction divisions which included an aggregate/concrete/asphalt plant with a 40 car rail head as well as a 150,000 sf shop, utilities, heavy civil, drilling and environmental divisions. I have 10+ Posillico direct reports and 5+ third party site safety professionals. I am managing 500 to 900 employees and 25 to 100 sub-contractors. I also served as the Chief Incident Investigator and compliance officer.

36 months no lost time injuries and only (2) minor recordables over 1,500,000 MHW.

I was charged with project management for projects valued up to $25 million. I prepared estimates to remain cost effective in mine-equipment development and managed mine construction projects.
