WORK EXPERIENCE
Driver Manager
Freymiller - Oklahoma City, OK - October 2015 to January 2017
Provide support for company and owner/operator drivers (OTR, continuous 48 states). This could include
anything from giving them their dispatch, going over time/hour management, addressing concerns with on time
pick up or delivery, giving and going over directions, making sure they meet location specific requirements
(docks, military bases, rail yards, etc), ensuring they are routed home for their time off in a timely manner
and a wide variety of other duties. Be able to identify any issues with on time delivery and setup a load
swap, if available, in route to ensure timeliness. Load planning with minimal deadhead. Customer service and
appointment setting as refrigerated freight requires appointments to be set and then met on time for delivery in
most cases. Track all trucks and monitor for any issues with on time deliveries. Deal with incoming customer
calls and/or emails with any changes, questions, complaints, tracking requests, etc. Address OS&D (overage,
shortage and damage) issues and follow customer procedure in reporting and dispositioning. Maintain working
knowledge of rail and brokerage loads.
Night Fleet Manager
United Petroleum Transports - Oklahoma City, OK - January 2014 to April 2015
Monitor and maintain current dispatches setup by day crew. Ensure all fuel stations do not run out of fuel.
Take care of any supply issues which may arise and dispatch trucks accordingly. Input driver paperwork into
computer for billing and payroll to process. Take any customer orders which may come in. Assist drivers as
needed with any spills, accidents, repairs, etc. Re-dispatch drivers if/as situation may call for it.
Night Dispatcher/Client Services Rep
Pilot Logistics Services - Oklahoma City, OK - October 2009 to July 2013
Handle all incoming phone calls during the evening shift. This included customers calling to place orders, with
questions about our products or queries about ETA's for their deliveries. Also included being able to handle
drivers who called in needed new dispatch, dispatch updates, break downs, tire repair, weather updates, etc. If
a driver was unable to complete delivery I would have to find a replacement or try to reach customer to inform
of delay, since our customers were mostly oil field delay was usually impossible so replacement delivery driver
would need to be found. Also handled inputting payroll information of our drivers into SAP and following up
with our drivers about missing paperwork/logs.

Flexible, motivated and exceptionally intelligent dispatcher with 7 years experience working around and with
truck drivers/office co-workers. Excellent computer and inter-personal skills as well as a high level of attention
