My technical background consists of four years working on AT&T's U-verse network which provides FTTN/FTTH and Satellite services. Some of my responsibilities were to identify defective cards or ports at VRAD and update with assigned department, verify optimal bandwidth and perform cross connects, install and repair video over Ethernet connections. At customer premises, mount and replace NID's at customer locations, troubleshoot business customer CPE utilizing TCP/IP practices and manual IP configuration of company provided routers.
In 2016 I was hired with Verizon as a wireline technician where my work duties involved installation/Repair of analogue phone and DSL circuits, replacing service drops, troubleshooting pairs at aerial/buried terminals, and ADSL port in of circuits at Central Office. I conclude with my current position at Frontier Communications whom I have been employed with for ten months due to the sale of Verizon's wireline network in April of 2016. I have continued the same technical responsibilities in addition to providing an above average work performance that reflects through company metrics.
