CLINKER COOLERS, BALL MILLS ) as per given MIPS task schedule and report to immediate In-charge for the generation & floating of work orders against the abnormalities observed, to take corrective/preventive action. Collection & Submitting of MIPS checklist of assigned plant area after recording of observations to immediate in-charge
To take wear measurements of raw mill grinding rollers, grinding table and hammer crushers.
To take temperature and vibration reading of critical equipment’s daily. To indicate abnormal temperature and vibration to mechanical department and assure remedial action by the department.

Work in field for supervising the repair & maintenance jobs, being executed against the work order generated in Assigned Plant Area and when duties assigned by the H.O.D/D.M RCM.
Provide the technical data of spare parts replacement to data operator (RCM) to maintain the history of machine parts.
Provide the technical data regarding wear rate of the machine parts (if applicable) to data operator according to schedule.
