I’m very interested in the position in Support. In one of my recent jobs I was a Technical Support Analyst, for a company called Apptio. Having an eye for the details, I process troubleshooting tickets, file, and copy and publish large amounts of information for many Fortune 500 companies globally. I accurately interpret messages from others and respond appropriately. I previously worked as a Case Coordinator for Precor offering support to the Technical Team. I recently earned my degree from the University of Phoenix, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Science for Human Resources Business Management. The University of Phoenix gave me an opportunity to get the knowledge to lead others in a team environment. I organized and manage group projects, oversee administrative duties and study strategic planning of top executives. I have previously worked with Google and AT&T offering hardware support for phones and tablets, where I supported businesses and individuals with account maintenance and technical support in an inbound call center environment. I multi-tasked and used keyboard while researching, following-up, resolving and documenting issues of each call through efficient use of communication skills and navigating between multiple systems and tools. I’m able to work effectively with employees at all levels.

I have worked 4 years as a Loan Officer for CitiFinancial, where I helped customers with personal and residential loans. I worked together with customers in Debt Consolidation and Financial Planning. I produced Personal and Residential Loans, sales and Processor, customer service, collections, cash handling, clerical, account maintenance and technical support. Accurately interprets messages from others and responds appropriately. I found this very rewarding. I look forward to new challenges, where I can use my experience to help others.
