Subsystem Development Manager (Technical Project Manager) – Aerotek ULC 6 months Contract THALES CANADA TRANSPORTATION SOLUTIONS (TCTS) - North York, Ontario June – Nov, 2015 Managed the subsystems planning and development of a Railway Transportation project, offshore in Hong Kong (DUAT). This Project is a joint venture with Alstom Transportation and has seven lines. Experience in building Work Package Managers for: Wayside Software and Hardware; Vehicle On Board (VoBC) Hardware and Software; Central Automatic Train Supervision (ATS); Data Communication Systems (DCS) and Tools and Simulation teams. Exclusively managed and provided support to the DUAT Project Management Office (PMO) for the following tasks:

1. Planning and Scheduling activities and labor hours to form a baseline for railway lines. 2. Cost Analysis for Hardware components migration on the train and wayside. 3. Managed the development of a prototype monorail Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) application project for Bombardier Transportation (BT). The prototype design was successfully completed and qualified for production. This RFID project was a Manual Speed Restriction Detection System (MSRDS) unit to restrict and detect the speed of the Monorail when it exceeds the civil limit. Emergency Brakes are applied and the monorail is brought to a safe stop when a misaligned switch is detected and when the monorail reaches the end of the beam.
