HH Modu-C LS Capsule Machine filling. Glatt model 300, 120 and 60 Top-Spray type fluid bed dryer and granulator. Perform a variety of processing duties according to batch record and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) in the manufacturing department including, weighing, granulation, blending, encapsulation and coating. Report process or equipment problems to supervisor, perform troubleshooting and mixing products. Ensure batch record, equipment log books, and other relevant records are current, perform batch record reconciliation. Set-up and operate equipment for processing operations. Clean and maintain processing rooms and equipment. Monitor process and equipment and necessary adjustment to maintain batch record specifications. Also operated forklift.

Strander Operator – Reading and understanding the set-up procedure and customer specifications such as assuming that all materials were correct alloy. This was accomplished through various tests I performed prior to doing the actual set-up. I would change spools as they would finish and braze the spool into production run while assuring the quality and integrity of the finished product. I was also responsible for selecting the proper dye for the job. I had to assure that the tensions inside the machine were set properly and that they were maintained during production run. I was also required to wrap and label the product for shipping.
