Project Administration: Managed all pre-construction activities including preliminary budget development, value engineering, constructability reviews, schedule development, bid development, post-bid meetings, cash flow analysis, procurement/planning quality and safety program, review workload and set priorities to meet required project schedules and objectives. Daily meetings with entire site team including General Superintendent. Daily job site walk to ensure if project is adhering with schedule and budget and to stay aware of any job site conflict that needs to be resolved.
Project Analysis: Perform cost comparison analysis of subcontractors, reviewed and approved monthly subcontractor’s pay application for accuracy. Review material submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, RFPs, ensuring these comply with project specifications and general conditions.

The hotel comprises a 5 star hotel tower with 68 stories plus 3 underground parking garages, 242 keys, a SPA and fitness area, conference room, club, restaurants, lounges, pools, function/meeting rooms, ballrooms and122 condominium residences.
