Serve as a backup for the Lean Director by working with Boeing and Airbus in developing Supply Chain & Quality Improvement Programs (SQIP) to identify key Operational weak points that require sustained improvements. Provide guidance and direction in the development of strategic transformation recovery plan consisting of removing obsessive amounts of WIP from floor, improving Supply Chain’s roadblocks, delivering the right parts at the right time, improving quality, improving team morale and building trust with Boeing and Airbus.
Lead Supply Chain kaizen events that decrease lead-time on 4 critical commodities by 8 days by integrating and focusing on the supplier during initial design phase. Improved On Time Delivery (OTD) by 26.3%.
Support domestic and international Zodiac sites with continuous improvement efforts to ensure customers’ expectations are met by consolidating facility processes, identifying critical processes failures and developing quick win solutions with business owners and team members.
