Monitored powder metallurgical process variation overtime, determining common cause and special cause variations, access effectiveness of changes and communicate process performance.

Distinguished between CEZ (Cobalt Enriched Zone) &non-CEZ grades.

Measured their efficiencies at various temperature and zone levels during sintering process.

“Development of a Kit to Extract Water from Atmospheric Air” NMIT: May 2015

Extracted water from humid air where fresh hot humid air is cooled over evaporator coils.

Determined the water yield due to air dehumidification on finned evaporator coils using a developed model that relates the surface efficiency of cooled moist air.

Tools: Vapor compression refrigeration, Cooling Condensation, Enthalpy change.

“Mini-project in CAD” NMIT: Dec’ 2013

Designed and arranged the 3D parts of a Plummer Block, Screw jack and Machine vise.

Assembled the parts based on the axis of symmetry.

Drafted the assembled Plummer Block, Screw jack and Machine vise in to a 2D sketch and observed the front, top and the side views.
