Performed various building maintenance duties such as plumbing, electrical work (replacing fixtures, electrical outlets, replacing fluorescent light ballasts) painting, replacing light bulbs, repairing furniture, etc.

Cleaned bathrooms, applying disinfectants, and replaced soaps and paper goods

Swept, vacuumed and mopped floors regularly

Maintained the grounds mowing grass and trimming hedges in spring, summer, and fall, installing flower beds, and other duties as directed
