1985 – 1986 : NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION

PROJECT ENGINEER:

I lead the construction of rip-raps at main gates along the Irrigation’s Main Canal of District I, province of Nueva Ecija. I evaluated and inspected various works being conducted at the Lateral Canals including gravel bedding works. Upon my transfer to the Main Office of National Irrigation Administration I conducted evaluations of the projects undertaken by the National District Offices.

1987 – 1990 : DWIGHT TRADE AND SERVICES

SALES ENGINEER:

As a sales engineer, I prepared quantity estimate for the roofing. I submitted and followed-up proposals to architects, contractors and owners. I supervised on-going installation of pre-painted roofs.

1991 – 2010 : PRIVATE PRACTICE (Self Employed)

PROJECT ENGINEER:

I conducted various constructions and renovations of apartment, commercial and residential buildings.

As Project-in-Charge, I conducted the following works in the construction of 606 units of 2-storey townhouses at Camarin, Caloocan City.

Evaluated the proposal submitted by the contractors.

Performed daily inspections/reports of various construction works.

Conducted weekly Coordination and Technical meetings.

Issued Memos and Site Instructions to the contractor.

Evaluated the Billings of the Contractor and endorsed it to the owner for approval and

payments.

Prepared Control Cost for Variation Orders, reconciled with the contractor prior to approval of the Owner/Developer.

Conducted laboratory testing of materials with the contractor.

Submitted monthly Project Status Report to the owner.

Coordinated with the owner/developer and contractor for final inspection and turnover of

Conducted inspection of the works being undertaken by the contractors.
