Responsible for all accounting functions of the hotel. Oversaw both Accounts Receivable and Payable. Trained and managed the Audit Staff on proper Audit/Accounting techniques using Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Developed and implemented End-of-Month and End-of-Year Reporting as well as re-wrote the Audit Checklist and Audit Training Manual.

My duties in this position included Recruiting, Selection, Hiring, On-going Training, Supervision, Direction, Efficiency Optimization, Case and Field-work with new Advisors when case complexity dictated. General Manager Knight's Inn Maingate at Walt Disney World, Orlando, FL 8/97 – 1/98

In this short-term position it was my responsibility to improve the exterior and interior of the Hotel to above franchise standards. My efforts improved employee morale, guest satisfaction surveys and occupancy from an average of 40% to 70% and by utilizing Yield Maximization I dramatically increased the Average Daily Rates proportionately. I performed all Operations Management and reporting functions simultaneously.

Assistant General Manager Hampton Inn-South of Universal Studios, Orlando, FL 2/97 – 9/97

Assumed all Controller, Rooms Division, Human Resources and Guest Liaison Functions for the Hotel. Re-designed and responsible for entire Financial Reporting structure. Developed checklists for Night Audit which defined 100% compliance in Daily Management Reports and earned a 97% Internal Audit Rating over two reporting periods.
