I energize, focus and align manufacturing organizations, resulting in sustainable acceleration of processes, reduction in waste, and growth of profits.

My approach to long-term success is achieved through customer satisfaction. My goal is to have all members of the organization participate in improving processes, products, services and the culture in which they work. I believe that the customer determines the level of quality. I have found that no matter what an organization does to foster quality improvement-training employees, integrating quality into the design process, upgrading computers or software, or buying new measuring tools the customer determines whether the efforts were worthwhile.

I also believe strongly in the use of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) as a tool used in meeting part readiness deadlines.
