WORK PROFILE:-

1. Handling Shift.

2. Instant attending to break down maintenance during shift duty. 3. Preventive maintenance as per Preventive Maintenance Schedule. 4. Attend to the schedule of shutdown maintenance and rectify the problems in consultation with Sr. Staff. 5. Identification and preparation of spare assemblies and maintain min. stock 6. Maintain all drawings and tools etc.

7. To get advice from Sr. Staff when required.

8. To keep the stand by equipment in healthy condition. OPERATION & MAINTENANCE:-

1. Evaluation of root cause of break downs in order to avoid reoccurrence increase MTBF (Mean Time between Failures), reduction in MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), and reduction in maintenance cost. 2. Taking Care of preventive maintenance 0f all Pumps, Cooling Tower, Thickener, HRF Filters, Air Compressor or Blower, Oil Skimmer, Scrapper, Grab Bucket Crane, Gear Box Valves etc...Control room operations using HMI.

3. Coordination with various departments for smooth working. 4. Core experiences gained are managerial skills, Skill enhancement capability of local contractors and workers. Effective spares management, Method improvements, set up time reduction Involved in site execution of pump erection, alignment, fitment and maintenance of MATHER & PLATT LTD pumps. 5. Trouble shooting, monitoring checklist, Preventive maintenance, overhauling and alignment of all types of pumps.

6. Trouble shooting, monitoring checklist, general checking & oil replacement, Preventive maintenance and maintenance of suction & discharge valve, silencer, suction filter etc of Blower. 7. Nozzle replacement, General checking fan gear, Nozzle & Plate replacement of Cooling Tower. 8. Seal replacement, Gland packing and all total Servicing of Valves (Butterfly, Gate, Globe, Diaphragm, Ball valves).

9. Changing Backlash checking Gear boxes of Gear Box ( Worm reduction gear boxes, Bevel gear boxes, spur gear Box)

PROJECT WORK:-

1. Carried out erection and commissioning job of Centrifugal pumps of capacity ranging from 10m3/hr- 4300m3/hr including both split casing and vertical pumps. 2. Preparation of As-built drawings for pipe lines. 3. Hydro testing of pipeline & station piping.

4. Inspecting material before erecting the line in initial stage. 5. Loop identification from P&ID and instrument loop diagram. 6. Hand over procedure to client team up to their satisfaction level. 7. Coordination with various departments for smooth working. 8. Core experiences gained are managerial skills, Skill enhancement capability. Method improvements set up time reduction.

9. Condition Based Monitoring of equipment.

10. Mechanical seal installation and repair of centrifugal pumps. 11. Daily and monthly report generation.
