oI went to Jaipur, India through the study abroad program funded by MAC-CAE where I learned Hindi and researched Bio-Fuels. I lead my group in the research and presentation of our findings on Bio-Fuels effect on America and India’s economic structure to the 2014 Mid-Atlantic Consortium at Morgan State University.

oMy current duties at Macy’s biggest distribution center on the East Coast involve: troubleshooting printers and other electrical equipment at my work station, refilling and teaching others how to troubleshoot printers and electrical equipment at their workstations, working as a cohesive unit on an assembly line, learning different jobs and tasks as needed by my supervisors. I also have experience working consistently at 60-70 hours per week on the 3rd shift.

SKILLS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS

For my senior project I learned how to program an Arduino board despite only possessing one year of C++ programming. This allowed me to design and merge all of the code for my team’s Arduino Home Security System aka “A Touch of Security”.

I was Secretary of the Treasury and one of the founders of Norfolk State University’s first intramural soccer club “REAL NSU Soccer Club”. I lead the groups fundraising efforts to purchase uniforms and equipment, effectively raising $840 in two weeks.

In High School, I was voted Defensive Team Captain on my Varsity Soccer team by my peers because of my outstanding leadership abilities on and off the field.

OTHER SKILLS

Experience troubleshooting windows based platforms [8+ years] (Windows 7 and Windows Enterprise), minor experience using Debian based Linux system [1+ years] (specifically Kali Linux).

Experience troubleshooting software based issues such as email, mobile [4+ years] (android and iOS) issues, viruses, malware, and computer optimization to combat machine sluggishness.

Experience troubleshooting hardware for desktops, laptops, iOS cell phones, android cell phones, and video game systems.

I am currently studying for the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) – General Radio Operators License (PG) and I plan on receiving every Federal Communications Commission (FCC) License that is available including Elements 1, 3, 6, 7, 8, and 9 in the future.
