Managing a portfolio of Software applications through the DMO (Divestiture Management Office) transformation. Taking all involved applications through SDLC lifecycle to enable full acquisition by Microfocus. Process involves clone-cleanse and go, TSAs and retain dispositions.
Developed and maintains all project schedules in MSPS. Providing weekly RAG status updates and percentage completes.
Manage a global team of 35 including Developers, Testers and Support techs.

In charge of coordinating the most recent initiatives of the foundation, with regards to strengthening the fight for public awareness and education about cancer, malaria and AIDS in Africa, particularly Cameroon.
Organized volunteer resources for the dissemination of booklets and pamphlets regarding ways the local public could improve on their healthcare and minimize the chances of falling ill. Also included organizing hospital programs to improve the level of palliative care, with donations of medical equipment and medication.
Worked on clean water initiatives as part of the program. Our objective being to marshal local resources for the digging of wells and boreholes and connect them to the new non-lead pipelines for the communities.
Aided in the fund-raising activities to solicit donations and material contributions. This includes the annual Walk to Fight Cancer event, both here and in Cameroon.
