The main purpose of this project is to develop web application that will allow dealers and manufacturer managers of household appliances companies to create different types of marketing incentives programs. Sales Associate can log into public site and enter Claims against already created programs. The project itself included the following sub-projects for different clients:
Spiff Planning Tool
The sub-project was to develop web-application that included the following parts:
●Claim submission wizard (UI) that was integrated with main admin site;
●Implementation of Synchronization service that passed data from Spiff Planning Tool wizard to main core site by generating .dat files and sending them to ftp server;
●Another part was to create a service which will send admin users triggered by specified events.
Cooperative Advertisement
●Public part was to build an application for end-users to submit their claim for discounts on advertisements.;
●Admin part provided an ability for internal users to create and configure discount program conditions, against which were matched claims from public site, also fields and data displaying configuration.
Core Subscriber Service
●Fax service, which allows to generate fax cover sheet on user’s request from UI;
●By sending this fax document to specific number, it gets to fax server, then is picked up by our service. In back-end it influences the claim to which it was attached;
●Error handling when service is down, email notifications.
