Operations Center Manager 2013-Present

22 Air Refueling Command Post Wichita, KS

Lead for operations team which coordinates with state and national agencies to direct emergency operations. Plans, organizes, distributes, and monitors work assignments; evaluates, performance, provides feedback, and ensures all team members are appropriately utilized, and treated in a fair and equitable manner. Develops and administers programs for physical, industrial, communications, information, and personnel security. Expert knowledge of safety and security practices, regulations and procedures. Designs, develops, and implements Safety Assurance and Risk Management processes. Facilitates actions to ensure prompt response during emergency operations including immediate mobilization of resources and diverse organizational collaboration. Establishes and maintains annual budgets. Conducts reviews of work center allocations and expenditures for operational requirements.

-Managed company purchase card program. 100% voucher payout accountability; rated “Excellent” with zero discrepancies on annual audits.

-Managed $86K equipment account. Identified/returned $1K worth of excess items.

-Project manager for work center upgrade/redesign. Prepared and validated two contracts securing $233K. Created statement of work for $24K telecommunication system and $58K for a console upgrade.

Air Force Compliance Inspector 2010-2013

Air Force Inspection Agency Albuquerque, NM

Developed and evaluated analysis and assessments of qualification/standards as they pertain to training and operations while part of a mobile inspection team.
