Designed and conducted experiments for copolymerization reaction and characterization of modified bio-plastics, PLA (poly Modified bio-plastic, PLA (polylactic acid), with PA (polyamide or nylon) 11, using a reactive twin-screw extruder funded from NSF (National Science Foundation).
