IT Security Analyst (IT Security Admins group)

One of two ITSecurity Admins that were responsible for updating security access cards using the Lenel system. This was company-wide with multiple locations across the US.

Responsible for granting/revoking access to all systems for employees and customers across the US via AD, Sailpoint and other identity governance solutions.

Used our CA ITSM queues. Tickets had to be prioritized and had to adhere to strict SLA’s in regards to company Access.
