Controlling of weld repairs by daily surveillance & weekly tool box meeting with welders & supervisors. Inspection of Repair welds in accordance with welding repair check lists.
Giving induction and training to new employee about fatigue grinding, consumable store keeper, flange management and bolt torqueing technician as per procedure and project requirement.

Line check piping inspection,preparation of punch lists and ensuring mechanical completion (Cat A) of line prior to hydro test.
