The project includes the construction of the tower 10(G+14) as a part of avenue 71 project including the structure and finishing work. The structure work includes reinforcements, concreting of column and beams, slabs and water tanks as per drawing. The finishing work includes brick work, internal and external plaster, tilling, granite stone and Kota stone flooring, cladding and wood work.

CHD avenue 71 is premium multi storey residential project spread over 16.5 acres. Award winning international architects have designed this project in such way that just 18% Og the area is covered and the rest of the space has been dedicated to the enhancing world of greenery.
