Metal Stamping, Injection Molding, RF Heat Seal and Assembly operations.
Developed and managed annual departmental expense budgets for Engineering, Tool and Die and
Continuous Improvement of over $2 million.
Achieved $2.2 million in cost reductions for 2004 by developing action plans to increase productivity.
Saved over $200,000 in 2004 by expanding the Tool and Die Department beyond PM and repairs.
