2.Business Filing System - Secretary of State, North Dakota Nov 2014 – Sep 2015

Project Description: The business objective of this project is to ensure that North Dakota Central Indexing System records, files, or registers different types of records used in commerce, such as Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings, Central Notice System (CNS) filings, and agricultural liens with the North Dakota Secretary of State online. With the proposed system, North Dakota Secretary of State (NDSOS) will improve the customer experience and significantly reduce the manual effort associated with all filings. Data migration is part of the project scope where the existing data has been extracted, transformed and mapped to the fiends to the new system (.Net and SQL server).

Project Description: Arkansas SOS wanted a Business Filings system that is available both online and in-house for the public and SOS staff to efficiently order/process the documents. PCC implemented a solution capable of online receipt and backend processing of Notary Commission and Apostille filings.

4.Voter Information Center (Web & Mobile App) - Secretary of State, Rhode Island Mar 2014 – Aug 2014 Role: Project Manager

Project Description: Voter Information Center application is a dashboard where State based voters (public) can login into the application using their personal voter details to view a list of features (Vote status, finding polling place, Applications, Candidates contesting and Sample ballots) that helps them during the elections period. Since there is a huge load on the web application, RI SOS wanted a mobile App to divert some of the user load. PCC recommended Amazon cloud (AWS) to host the Application and Database servers.

5.Online Voter Registration (Web and Mobile App), Migration from DB2 to SQL DB

Project Description: According to the new law (In State of Georgia), citizens can register to vote online without the need of going to one of the Government offices to register their names. The system validates the Driver’s License and Voter registrant details real time and sends the status (Approved/Pending/Declined) to the Centralized Voter Registration database.

Project Description: State of Connecticut, was granted new funds for migrating the existing Internal Revenue system (MS Access based) into an upgraded Framework. PCC recommended .Net based application with a SQL database. Project consist of the financial application (FINSYS) to be integrated along with the other 3rd party system and display on a new dashboard and consolidate into one single SQL database.

7.Elections Reporting Tool - Secretary of the State – New Hampshire June 2011 – Present (Ongoing)

Project Description: State of New Hampshire wanted the public to view the Election results on SOS website as soon as they declare the winners. So they decided to have an Elections Reporting Tool (ERT) application which post the election results online, generates customized public reports, send alerts to county staff and send ballots to overseas voters.
