Customer Data Mastering platform is built to support business needs for providing integrated BI layer to support reporting, Self Service / Ad-hoc Capability. This platform is built to bring Microsoft enterprise services group data into a single data warehouse.

American operations center is one of Microsoft’s three different data centers. The main scope of this application was to integrate data from various source systems into the AOC ODS and from there to AOC data mart as per the business needs.
