Our Lancaster County Site Work Contractor is expanding its team. If you are an experienced Site work supervisor or Superintendent, we need to talk.
You will be performing the following:
Scheduling and coordinating equipment, manpower, subcontractors, and suppliers on the job
Meeting deadlines to complete projects on time
Responsible for all safety aspects of the projects, including OSHA requirements
Responsible for adherence to drawings and specifications for site work
Care and maintenance of all equipment and tools utilized on jobsite
Maintains positive relationships with all general contractors, customers, employees, and the public.
Keep an organized, clean, positive work site environment
Ability to work a 45-55 hr. work week
You must have:
10 yrs. site work experience
Ability to understand and follow plans and specifications for site work construction projects
Leadership abilities
Thorough knowledge of excavating/site work techniques
Ability to communicate and plan the sequence of activities with subs, suppliers, equipment and employees to effectively meet targeted goals and dates
You can expect:
Salary 50-80K DOE

Rubber Tired Hoe: JCB, John Deere, Case Joy Stick and 5 Stick Case
Skid Loader: New Holland, Tachahuchi and Cat, also with numerous attachments
Rollers: Ride On and Walk Behind dirt and asphalt types
Dozer: Cat D-8, D-6, D-5, D-3,
Dump Truck: Tri Axle, Tandem Axle and Single Axle
Tractor Trailer: Regular Trailers, Tankers, Maxi-cubes, and Oversized loads on low-boy trailers.
Lasers, Transits, Some GPS, etc. other misc. equipment
Equipment Operator: Instructor and trainer fine grading
Estimating and Take off - Create As Builts
Good safety record
