Rogers Process and Communication (applicable to both HCL and IBM)

ITIL Change Management – Ensured project teams addressed lead times to support Rogers Change Management Process. . Attended iCab, TAB and CAB where warranted. Supported team members to secure approval at various change boards and presented to same on occasion.

Infrastructure Projects SDLC – Ensured projects followed the SDLC process incorporating M1 Discovery, M2 Solution, M3 Execution and M4 Closure including all process artifacts.
