Experience

(12/14 – 06/16) KMB Design Group, Wall, NJ

Project Manager

Conducted design walks (for multiple site configurations and carriers) and prepared photo packages and design sketches to hand over to the CAD dept. to produce drawings for the client(s). This also included FDNY related measurements and drawings. Reviewed all drawings before submission to client(s). Also conducted post construction D-14 and building dept. (if not within the 5 boroughs) inspection walks and prepared reports and photos to clients when site does not pass inspection(s). When required, I would walk buildings within the 5 boroughs if they were landmarks and take photos of building from all angles to produce line of site drawings to incorporate into site LE and construction drawings. I have also conducted site de-com walks and had our drafters produce drawings for MetroPCS as well as site audit/design walks for AT&T which included designing and preparing extensive reports then handing all info. obtained from site walk(s) to CAD dept. to prepare drawings in which I would review/redline and approve when there are no more redlines prior to submitting to the client.

Construction Manager

Conducted site surveys for T-Mobile and Verizon. Conducted construction site walks for Verizon. Pulled additional fiber pairs for T-Mobile capacity project throughout the 5 boroughs.

(04/14 – 08/14) 7P Communications, Hawthorne, NJ

Director of Operations

Managed operations of telecommunications construction for Sprint/Nextel, AT&T and T-Mobile. Also coordinated all safety regulations, equipment, safety site visits and job estimates. Generated new work from various companies and managed maintenance, etc. for all company vehicles.

(03/13 - 04/14) Ericsson, Fairfield, NJ

Project/Program Manager

Managed Carrier Add project for Sprint for Cincinnati, Fort Worth/South Bend and Indianapolis markets. Responsibilities included scheduling RF and Field Operations groups to complete equipment upgrades. Coordinate local GC’s if needed to complete the upgrade. Track hardware and coordinate delivery to proper location. I also managed Special Events Project for Sprint for multiple markets in the NE. Responsibilities included the same as the Carrier Add project yet also included the coordination of COW placement/de-com depending on the size and duration of event.

(01/06-01/07) Berliner Communications, Inc., Pompano Beach, FL

Construction Project Manager

Managed all construction aspects of Sprint Phase 1C CDMA overlay project. Responsibilities included, yet were not limited to, scheduling of all in-house crews as well as sub-contractors, meetings with the Client, maintaining job tracking spreadsheets and gathering all information in order to complete close out documents.

Managed all logistics (i.e. material ordering and tracking) for the office.

(04/05 – 12/05 ) Vantage Associates, Inc., Nyack, NY

Construction Project Manager

Managed Power up grades and HVAC upgrades for the 5 Boroughs of NY for T-Mobile. Management included attending bid walks, Estimation and creation of bid packages, coordination of all contractors, design/punch walks, drawing approval, and tracking of sites in Vantage's Database, tracking and approval of Purchase Orders.

Sr. Construction Project Manager

Managed automatic transfer switch and generator plug upgrade/install for Nextel Communications as a consultant over the Borough of Brooklyn, NY. Responsibilities include, yet are not limited to, the coordination of all contractors, the scheduling and attendance of all Design/Punch walks, Print reviews and approvals, permit tracking and obtaining of permit, Estimating, Scheduling and Preparation of all bid walks and packages, Input and maintenance of all scheduling/progress data in Nextel's corporate database for multiple sites and projects, tracking and approvals of all Purchase Orders for all projects/sites. Managed all major and minor site modifications for the North East US for Nextel out of Nextel’s office as a consultant. Responsibilities included, yet are not limited to, the coordination of all contractors, Estimating, Scheduling and preparation of all bid walks and packages, Print review/approval, tracking of sites in Nextel’s DB, tracking and approval of Purchase orders.
