-Manage IT Risk and Strategic team to ensure risk exposure identified and reported, and Strategic projects stayed on target.

-Led effort to streamline the IT OpsRisk effort for consistency and accurate reporting. Fostered relationships across the organization to ensure all impacted areas were informed.

-Lead reporting of all IT areas to C-level executives, Santander’s Holding Company and Parent Company. Owned the creation of Monthly and Quarterly IT reporting with fast paced moving targets.
