Mr. Taylor served as Senior Project Control Specialist for the Western Farmers Electric Cooperative 150 MW Simple Cycle project, Murphy Oil Refinery and the Thermal Energy Corp. (TECO) 45 MW Combine Cycle project and his responsibilities included:

Responsibility for providing project management with support in the formation of the project by development of planning and scheduling as required.

Preparing periodic status, progress, and deviation reports for project management and maintaining an excellent working and communication relationship with various levels of supervision, management, contractors and engineering personnel to facilitate coordination of work activities.

Mr. Taylor served as the Start-up Engineer and was responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating detailed phases of start-up, operations, and maintenance for projects. Activities also include review of design for plant operability and safety along with pre-commissioning, and start-up assignment. Prepared project administrative and technical documents required for start-up, maintenance, operation and testing.

Mr. Taylor served as Field Specialist and was responsible for the planning, scheduling, directing, implementing and prepared technical requirements for a preponderance of reactor systems.

Bechtel Power

Florida, Massachusetts, Mississippi, 1979-1987

Mr. Taylor served as Construction Engineer and was responsible for installation of electrical design, grounding, lighting, trouble - shooting and other modification. During this period his responsibilities were at an operating nuclear power plant and at one under construction.
