Lead a test team on a project to update an administration platform that can no longer support any new products for its customers to stay competitive in the market place. The project will not only introduce New Business and Administration system, but will also integrate commissions, accounting, Corporate Accounting Disbursement System, Client Information System, along with many others. There are three iterations to this project, the first iteration of the project includes three tracks(Business, Product and Integration). The second will include an enhanced website functionality with expanded reporting capabilities. The third will improve operational efficiencies (manual to automated). Lead a test team, in a Waterfall / Agile environment, on the ES Re-Engineering project testing software built for next generation ATM's and EBK's as well as ensuring data was laid into a new ES Authentication Engine data base. Our QA team was responsible for testing newly developed/modified JAVA services surrounding the functionality for this new Authentication Engine. Included in these test cases were rules and limitations, risk service for limitations and accumulations, transaction eligibility rules, debt funds availability rules, credit funds availability, and authorization decision rules. While building out the test cases for this new software we were also tasked with working with our automation engineers to automate most of this process. While many different pieces and stakeholders needed to come together to make this work, we were successful at building this architecture along with all the automation in just a year and a half.

04/11-08/13 Sr. QA Lead Analyst Modis Inc. at Nationwide Financial 5100 Rings Rd. Dublin, OH Directed a test team, in a Waterfall / Agile environment, on the SVOC Phase 1 project as Mainframe Analyst and Developer at Nationwide Financial. This project required the editing of 160 JCL units as well as the edits of all COBOL programs and copybooks that go along with middleware webservice software testing frontend user screens as well as XML being executed manually in SOAPUI to unit test web services. Also required the building of initial load processes for three different QA test regions which included white box testing analysis of data to make sure all fields were stored correctly on their proper DB2 tables. Worked on system analysis, coding, unit testing, and system testing support of mainframe programs on Joint Venture projects on their Individual Investment Group (PALLM) system. Guides and advises less-experienced analysts. Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment in a mainframe environment.
