Responsible for the development of financial targets to support program requirements. Senior Manager, Facilities Maintenance (2009 – 2011) Spirit Aero Systems
Responsible for equipment maintenance and site infrastructure of 1.8m square feet of Composite bonding and Metallic assembly, which includes metal bond processing, environmental controlled bond facilities, paint, part machining and assembly. Responsible for managing an annual operating plan of $20-$30m. Responsible for the acquisition of capital assets to produce production products along with the activation of new programs. Some notable projects, 777 Floor Beams, Wing Slats, 787 Moveable Leading Edge Slats and G280/650 complete wing assemblies.
Facilities Equipment Engineer (1999 – 2009) Boeing/Spirit Aero Systems
Responsible for the acquisition of production equipment to support fabrication machined parts to support the assembly of aero structure components. Developed specification, project planning, equipment acceptance from Autoclaves to high speed multi-axis machine tools. Spearheaded crews which supported diverse projects, ensuring quality deliverables that met or exceeded expectations.
