Worked as project controller and accounting clerk for payrolls, Account Receivables and Account Payables, etc.
Developed business applications, such as project control and timesheet program, business proposals, and invoicing programs first with dBase III plus, Fox Pro 2.5, Clipper 5.2, and MS Access 95-2003.
Supervised Novell and NT 4.0 network installation and maintenance. Setup and repaired computers, plotters, and scanners for the AutoCad Department.
2002-2016, Designed and developed a timekeeping and invoicing database program for the LAUSD BB Bond construction management projects to control 5 different Bond programs, multiple companies, and over 100 consultants, and to send invoices of over $124.5 million.
2009-2014, Designed a database program for the billing and distribution of payment for the LACCD Bench contract, with 2 prime companies and 9 sub companies, for a total billings of $12.3 million.
Timecard Program for HNTB/Yang (1998), a database program that can record employee’s daily hours with project information and travel expenses, and print various reports.

Database programs developed using MS Access:
KCAL Insurance Agency Customer Database (1999), a complete database program that can track sales activities and customers information, and provide a quote to the customer on various health plan with a few clicks on the mouse.
Chinese Yellow Page Book (2000), a complete database program that has over 20,000 names, both in Chinese and English, with 1,400 clients and a number of sales representatives. The program could process sales orders, add, edit, delete records, and print various forms.
Demonstration Service Invoice Program (2005), a complete database program written in MS Access that can print invoices, track sales orders, collect and summarize consumer reactions for a company distributing free demo products at various chain stores such as Vons, Ralphs, Albertsons, etc. It stores data for over 1,500 employees and over 2,200 stores.
Property Management database (2015), a full functional program for tenant's record keeping, invoicing, payment history, and reports.
