Duties performed (General Duties); I am employed as the sole member of our systems department, I maintain employee profiles via Active Directory and Exchange Management Console. I maintain our SQL Server databases and servers, as well as all interfacing applications and servers (credit card server, seat server, report server, gateway server, ). I maintain our Blackberry server, Exchange server. Maintain our Avaya IP Office Manager telephone servers and application, including adding/removing employees, maintaining scripts, toning and patching phone lines, etc. I maintain contract with System Analyst Contractors (4 hrs per week). This includes maintaining assignments, payments, reviews, contract details, etc. Manage the IT budget. Perform installs, new releases and training for all products and applications. Work with outside vendors for voice and data, payroll apps, admin apps, utilities, computers and peripherals, email spam/virus applications, all software, etc. Maintain server room equipment and conditions. Maintained network redundancy via Veritas Backups.

Duties performed (Database Administrator); Research and resolve database issues regarding job processing, space, response time, etc. Direct Interaction with the User community in all phases of problem determination and resolution; Setup and maintain Users and Roles; Build and fine-tune databases for multiple environments; Create, test and maintain batch jobs; Create and maintain Database Backup and Restore procedures; Installed patches, new releases and application updates; Create and maintain Stored Procedures and Triggers; Perform all phases of problem determination and resolution; Duties performed (Database Developer); Create and maintain Queries, Stored Procedures and Triggers to complete daily assignments and projects.
