Lead Developer for an implementation of enhancements to a Marketing web site application involving benefit data maintenance in an ASP.Net web environment and MS SQL Server database backend and promoting it to production through all stages. Experience with project management using Microsoft Project and managing team to deliver final product in an efficient manner.

Developed and supported a time tracking web application using the DotNetNuke architecture which used Visual Basic .Net. This application allowed managers to track time spent by department resources and what was being worked on.

My primary experience in this position was working through a full waterfall software development methodology which involved dealing with internal clients, other developer and various other personnel for the development process.

I was the lead developer leading a team of two developers that were responsible for converting a Project Request Outlook application to an internal .Net web application that provided the existing functionality and also additional functions that were discovered through the iterative process..

Main developer on a imaging application that loaded form images from a network drive into the .Net web application. This application was written in C#.
