Independently search case files and provide appropriate correspondence for program manager review
Prepare and scan documentation and enter into the DMS for tracking
Prepare and maintain excel spreadsheets to help maintain the continuity of office correspondence
Organize and maintain files of ongoing and completed cases for review.
Updated and maintained database for FOIA request.
Upload files and retrieve correspondence documents from the DMS case management system
Make copies and mail correspondence to the appropriate recipient informing them of their case status.
