Manage various sub-contractors on site, and acted as a liaison between Saunders International and the client.
Organized the scope of work within specific man-hours and allocated to appropriate personnel.
Supervised all principal contractors and sub-contractors as to the Australian OHS standards.
Co-ordinate a medium – large team, this included daily team meetings, weekly job starts, administered time sheets, JSA’s, Risk assessments & Permits in accordance with company policy
