Also the Patching process was enhanced to make sure all patches were tested and verified on all Novell servers. Monitored Volume usage and recommended process to better manage storage space utilizing Dynamic Storage Technology and Quotas. Verified eDirectory checks were performed daily to ensure maximum system uptime. Additional the Novell Team upgraded the Novell Servers from OES 2 to OES 11 SP1 and ensure that NARA’s Novell Servers remain under support. Also ensure that all RFCs and RFWs are completed on time.
