Major accomplishments include leading a team of engineers to complete the first of 650 TPS’s sold off to the US Air Force C-130 Simulator Program Office on time and under budget. EXPERIENCE:

9/08 – 6/12 ARINC, WARNER ROBINS, GA… C-17 PROGRAM MANAGER

Provided acquisition program management support for WR-ALC/GRG Depot Maintenance Activation Working Group (DMAWG) through the use of logistic management principles, concepts, policies and regulations as required to stand up Air Logistics Centers (ALC) as part of the C-17 Globemaster III Sustainment Partnership. While using logistic management methods, programs and systems applicable to the C-17 organic depot activation, provided assistance to the Government as required to develop, coordinate and facilitate activation strategies, requirements, plans and implementation of C-17 organic depot maintenance capability at each of the three ALCs. Additionally, layered resources against approved programs to plan, present and execute budgets. While using proven logistics management principles, programs and systems applicable to the C-17 organic depot activation, provided acquisition program manager support for the DMAWG. Gathered analyzed, organized and presented data and supporting analyses on Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and contractor data in support of depot activation. Provided assistance to the Government as required to develop, coordinate and facilitate activation strategies, requirements, plans and implementation of C-17 organic depot maintenance capability at the ALC. Additionally, layered resources against approved programs to plan, present and execute budgets. Provided proposal support as required to support technical evaluations of contractor estimates.

Provided support to ensure that the Post Production Transition Plan (PPTP) supported the C-17 DMAWG during activation and future sustainment initiatives. Participated in the development of the Statement of Work (SOW) for the PPTP and follow-on Transition to Post Production (TPP). Participated in the development of the decision making process for disposition of Special Tooling/Special Test Equipment (ST/STE), data and/or intellectual property and processes. Provided engineering support to augment and coordinate with WP-AFB ASC/WLM (SPO) engineering team relative to sustainment requirements during future contracting efforts. Identify and qualify the future locations of retained ST/STE and prepare a Type 2 Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimate for on-site storage, preservation and servicing tools to ALC’s as required. Recommend and oversee the setup of a tools management system to maintain the control of all ST/STE that falls within the scope of the PPTP contract. Researched and recommended the LEXES electronic Tooling Inventory Management System (eTIMS) for use on the follow on Transition to Post Production (TPP) contract. Reviewed and recommended Statement of Work (SOW) and Statement of Objective (SOO) for the PPTP follow on TPP contract. Participated in several F-22 post production shutdown meetings in order to glean lessons learned from the real time processes and tools being used on an ongoing production shutdown program.

Provided Multi Mode Radar (MMR) sustainment support which includes, but was not limited to, the following tasks: system engineering and technical support; risk identification and management, technical documentation and evaluation; meetings, reviews, and audit support; engineering studies and analyses, program status reports, failure analyses, test analyses and reports, maintenance requirements, Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages analyses, government furnished material control and storage, and general program support. Participated in the management and technical changes and field installation and testing of a Technical Change Technical Order (TCTO) for a MMR maintenance upgrade.
