Currently working on 9.2 upgrade – Analyzing new functionality for NA Payroll to de-customize current customization (planning stage)

Currently working on Global rollout for Brazil, Mexico, UK, Ireland and Morocco. Setup of organization data, e.g. SetID, Company, Paygroup and Security setup by Setid Department tree. Conversion of Job data, Personal data, Earning, Bank details and Deduction. Setup Delivered Payroll interface for 5 countries.

Setup on OE 2013 for New Company Nelico set up new Benefit programs, new plan setup, eligibility rules, New benefit carriers, Catch up setup changes from flat amount to Percentage. Developing SQR for New and current carriers and data feedback to these carriers, New sqr to upload different Saving plan employee data from two carriers, One for MetLife and other for Nelico, as Nelico have 6 different saving plan with three Employer match and Match is based on YTD bases rather than Per pay check.

Setup Base benefit for 2012 for Nelico employee as it was mid year conversion Payroll was processed starting from July 2012 and all Benefit deduction were converted general deduction with the exception of savings plan and new carrier interfaces were written to send Pay roll benefit deduction

Identifying functional and technical gaps between the client’s PeopleSoft 8.9, customization and delivering PeopleSoft 9.1 application for HR, Benefit admin,Payroll and Time & labor

De-customized Pay calculation as some of the customization was delivered in 9.1 or Business decided to adopt people soft process.

Supporting the client with the 9.1 Setup of Core HR, benefit and payroll & Time & labor tables involved with day-to-day functional and technical support for HR, benefit, payroll, T&L, manager and employee self service with workflow

Customized PeopleSoft benefit COBOL for 401k match for New Company (Nelico), as match would be given even if employee is not contributing but has contributed (Percentage) greater then the e the employer match Percentage. Basically the match is on YTD bases rather then Pay check bases.

MetLife Acquired Alico (AIG Subsidiary) and Nelico Companies and were able to Merger with PeopleSoft HCMS in record time within 6 Months. Reusable Component Interface for data load. Example –Component Interface HR Data load - Personal data, Job, Dependent, Emergency Contact, Education, Payroll balance, direct deposit, Employee Tax data.

As Alico employees were acquired on 1st Nov 2010, new benefit plan and benefit programs with eligibility rules were set for the remaining year and employees were enrolled via Open Enrollment for 2010. As of 1 Jan2011 these employees are enrolled in MetLife benefit plan.

Nelico employees were enrolled into New Benefit program with different benefit plan then MetLife. Setup up of benefit plan, eligibility rules and testing the new rules was completed successfully.

Developed 5 new report via XML publisher, using Query and Connected Query for HR Department

CUNY – NY PeopleSoft HRMS v.9.0

Jan 2009 – April 2010

Anil was the Techno functional Integration resource for Data analysis and mapping HR, Benefit & Payroll from legacy system and interfacing it legacy Payroll System and Employee self service and manager self service. Analyses of the current legacy processes and recommend best PeopleSoft solutions. Demonstrated to CUNY technical team how to use Peoplesoft XML publisher using query and Connect query and XMPL word plug in for report format (RFT template) and XMPL definition and running XMPL Publisher App. Engine . His responsibilities included the following.

Studying current (New York City & New York State) Batch legacy Payroll, HR and benefit system and generation of data dictionary map between legacy and PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 data element. Which is used for conversion & interfacing from HCM to Legacy system for New York City and State payroll processing

Conversion of data from Legacy to PeopleSoft HR 9.0 using Excel to CI and custom Component Interface HR Data load - Personal data, Job, Emergency Contact, Employee Tax data. Phase 1 rollout includes 5 State and 5 Community collages approx 10 thousand employees

Implemented Mass salary change.

Implemented EIP between PeopleSoft Financial and HCM for Department and Account code.

Implemented PeopleSoft 8.9 Time & labor out of box with custom rules, as compared to heavily customized T&L 8.3 module

Implemented Payroll Interface and Absence management for Global Rollout India & UK

OE 2008 was done for the new acquired company from scratch, with new Benefit programs, new plan setup, eligibility rules and interfaces were written to upload data in HCMS from the carrier and Payroll benefit deduction interfaces to the carrier.

In 2008 MetLife Acquired 3 Companies and were able to Merger with PeopleSoft HCMS in record time within 90 days, after the First acquisition, India Operation of around 7,000 employees was also loaded using Reusable Component Interface for data load. Example –Component Interface HR Data load - Personal data, Job,Dependent, Emergency Contact, Education, Payroll balance, Direct deposit, Employee Tax data

Implemented HCM 8.9 new POI module to incorporate non employee & employee into one consolidated HCM system
