WORK PROFILE

Now working in the second phase of coke oven plant-II of world’s tallest battery 2.42 MTPA By- product recovery (7.6M designed by M/s Paul Wurth Italy) which project work is commissioned in the year 2013-14 .

Knowledge of Repair and Maintenance of pumps like Centrifugal pumps,Horizontal split pumps,Multistage pumps,Vertical pumps,Sump pumps,Different types of valves .

Installation of mechanical seal in centrifugal pumps .

Modified,Fabricated and Installed the piping systems in the plant for process .

Corrective maintenance .

Preventive maintenance .

Maintain of daily utility reports.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Safety at the work place .

Working on TPM.

Responsible for trouble shooting during breakdowns of mechanical equipment and to find out the root cause for corrective action to oversee quality of maintenance related development .

Execution and Follow up for preventive maintenance Activities (Major/ Minor /Periodical repairs) for all equipments .

Daily inspection of all pumps and equipments and recording in inspection record/check list, apply the needed corrective actions .

To arranging the manpower at the line & assigning responsibilities to them.
