Efficiently coordinated the installation of 42 teller machines (WINCOR & NCR) and over 120 POS machines in 28 locations across the city to expand presence of e-banking services and boost branding of the bank.

Asset Management of IT infrastructure across 37 branches the bank that led to effective and quality service delivery whereby service request was attended to promptly from remote locations reducing cost and resources of service management to about 18%.

Implemented a central helpdesk to cater for timely attention to service requests from 37 branches across the city. The project was successfully implemented and this improved service delivery from about 75% to 95% and led to awarding the region with best service unit consistently for 2 financial years.

Designed job aids, developed training methodology and conducted training for IT support staff and end-users which reduced helpdesk service requests by 15%.

Successfully deployed MS Forefront Client Security on all PCs and all teller machines in branches and other locations across the city thereby saving cost of licensing for a third-party application by about $30,000.
