Created a system for fraud detection and prevention on the part of Medicaid clients and Medicaid providers allowing auditors to change selection criteria “on the fly”, replacing a mostly paper based system that allowed changing selection criteria only once per month. This saved New York State money by utilizing auditors’ time more efficiently, reducing usage of expensive computer paper, catching more fraud and more quickly finding suspicious activity,

Implemented financial interfaces systems linking mainframes from different hardware vendors.
