Employee Relations - Heavy employee relations with performance metrics for investigations, EEOC responses, serve as a liason between legal and the business unit, mediation of management issues, and internal employment appeal hearings.

Managed HR Generalist function for a Global security printing and cash sorting equipment manufacturer headquartered in the UK.

Policy Development: Implemented a Field Policies and Procedures manual that aligned with UK Policy but complied with US Employment Law.

Employee Engagement: Redesigned annual engagement survey would provide better alignment UK HR Initiatives.

Employee Retention Strategy: Implemented workforce planning program, new employee orientation and on - boarding program, and community outreach program for recruiting diversity candidates.

Managed the HR operational functions of an 800-employee fortune 100 organization comprised of a customer service call center pharmacy with a growing telecommuting employee population and a special care pharmacy.

Project Management: Acquired large government contract which called for a 30% increase in call center head count with a specialized need for bilingual (Spanish) speaking representatives. Project length from start to implementation was 9 months, project was completed in 5months which resulted in 140K savings to operation.

Recruiting & Retention: Implemented a behavioral based targeted selection process, a skills assessment program, and a clearing house for drug & alcohol and background check screening.
