Hired as Network Engineer III responsible to provide IT Network Engineering design, implementation, and support for domestic and international business units in the LAN/WAN/WLAN environment. After 6 years in engineering, I was asked to take on the Business Analyst III role over RF technology, developing and analyzing RF solutions for WiFi and LMR technology to provide global wireless technology solutions worldwide. After 1 year as the Business Analyst, I was promoted to IT Manager with 4 direct reports over Telecom/VoIP/RF Engineering responsible for billing, budgeting, training, mentoring, and performance reviews for my team. Deliver presentations and chair technology planning meetings. Evaluate, renew and facilitate contracts and maintenance agreements with key business partners. Oversaw multiple technology projects as Project Manager during the 8 years I spent at ADM.
