I look forward to a position as a SR.QUALITY ENGINEER.I had a total of 10+ years’ experience as a quality engineer in various manufacturing environment. - Quality Engineer, SAF-HOLLAND INC- an ISO/TS16949 certified COMPANY (Apr2010 to July2016)

Responsibilities include and not limited to:

• Customer Complaint Handling.

• Supplier contact team leader (SQE).

• Supplier performance evaluation.

Successfully handled and completed one black belt project on “Reduction of Raw Material used in production” and helped the company save a total of Euro 135,000/- beginning from April, 2003. c. Active as a Green Belt Trainer for other colleagues in the company. Responsibilities as a trainer included preparing the study material, training the personnel; lead them to project completion thereby providing the company with further cost savings/gains. Have successfully trained 22 Green Belts and led them through to project completion. The cost savings for each project on average was about Euro 20,000/

d. Successfully completed two projects with a total saving of 284K Euro / year in accordance with Six Sigma Methodologies and in which initial project was verified, approved and certified by ASQ. Master Driver for Zero Defect Quality Offensive Program EPCOS initiated the zero defect program in July 2004. The main objectives of which were to reduce the customer claims/complaints by one tenth of the erstwhile existing number; to reduce the scrap rate by half and then finally improve the delivery performance of finished products to customer. 1 ) The project was performed at Bangalore University, with assistance from HOBSONS SCIENTIFIC, U.K., as a part of course requirement for the undergraduate degree. 2 ) A transmitter section and receiver section was devised. 3 )The project performed and documented a detailed study of the various communication techniques used in Optical Communications today, made a comparative study, gave an overview and functionally proved the transmitter and receiver in detail.
