JOB SUMMARY
Answering all calls /emails and re-routing them to relevant parties. Meeting and greeting visitors ensuring they are signed in and inducted.
Opening, distributing. Collecting and talking the post .General administration duties, photocopying, filing etc.Dealing with any enquires at the reception.
Data entry into internal system. Reporting any problem to the office manager.
Provide information to the clients and customers, as per their request and make certain their queries and issue are resolved satisfactorily.
Perform data entry operations of update in the organization's main data base with information about the telephone calls.
Transfer the received calls to the concerned doctors, lab assistants etc in case of specific enquiries.
Answer enquiries pertaining to the patients admitted to the hospital, their room numbers. Duration and discharge dates.
